COMPANY HISTORY
The farm is in the municipality of Arpino, at 500m above sea level, and includes about 2000 olive trees of the Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio cultivars. The olives are harvested between late October and early December and processed the same evening at our own mill, using continuous cold pressing. The oil is stored in stainless steel vats, then bottled and sold – mainly abroad – as “Arpinum” ICEA-certified organic olive oil.

The farm is halfway between Rome and Naples, easily accessible from the Pontecorvo or Frosinone exits on the A1 motorway.
