TYPE OF COMPANY
Olive groves: 5000 trees with an average age of more than 100 years, and of the Carboncella, Moraiolo, Raia, Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccino and Olivastrone varieties. Company mill: A Pieralisi M3 system, with a processing capacity of 16 hours daily and 24 tons of olives per day. Storage: A storage capacity consisting of 20 tanks holding 600 quintals of oil, with a temperature-controlled warehouse and storage system using inert nitrogen.
Bottling: Divided between two different workshops; one for bottling the Sabina PDO oil, with a production rate of 600/800 bottles per hour, and the other mainly used for bottling ginger, lemon, bay leaf and rosemary flavoured oils.
