COMPANY HISTORY
A committed olive-grower: this is how Alfredo Cetrone describes himself. And a combination of passion, skill, care, and experience has brought his company to the forefront among Lazio olive-growers. The Cetrone oil is extracted from ltrana olives: healthy, fresh fruit that are picked by hand and cold-pressed within a day.

TYPE OF COMPANY
The effects of the sea air, the almost uninterrupted exposure to the sun, the rocky nature of the terrain, the altitude of the olive groves and the great care and attention put into the process of production and processing, all determine the high quality of Cetrone Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

THE TERRITORY
The Cetrone estate is located near Sonnino, a village with mediaeval origins in the province of Latina. It is situated in the coastal strip of the Lepini Mountains, 500 metres above sea level. The farm extends for 100 hectares with 20,000 mature olive trees, all of the ltrana monocultivar, intermingling with the famous local almond orchards. The Cetrone family cultivate their heritage with love and passion, using traditional natural methods.

Cultural and natural attractions in the area
Local cultural and natural attractions include the Abbey of Fossanova in the municipality of Priverno, the Temple of Jupiter Anxur at Terracina, the Circeo National Park, and the Ausoni Mountains and Lake Fondi Regional Park.
